Christian & Co have been with Edwards Homes from the start of their growth into one of North Wales most successful residential housing companies. We designed and implemented the accounts and costings systems to ensure that the correct expenditure is allocated to each individual housing plot, along with allocating the company’s overheads, to provide a detailed monthly costing report on each development. These reports complement the management accounts and allow Edwards Homes to monitor each site and budget for future developments. Christian & Co report to the board every month, providing analysis of the costings reports and management accounts.
